Outsource Consulting

Monthly contract consulting packages. Total hours are available any month throughout the contract term (usually 12 months).

Our on-site packages include telephone/e-mail support as well as on-site visitation. Unused hours in a month can be carried forward to the next month for up to a year.

Remote administration

We take care of your network remotely, avoiding on-site visitations when unnecessary. Administration includes: adding users, software setup and troubleshooting, phone/e-mail support, and routine maintenance including: necessary software updates and security/intruder maintenance. Should an on-site visit be required, it is billed separately by the hour.
